Therapeutic doses

Each tablet contains 750mg of magnesium amino acid chelate (150mg elemental). The precise manufacturing process assures that chelation is fully complete. The resulting chelate is readily soluble in the small intestinal fluid. This makes it highly bioavailable for absorption and distribution in the target tissues. The tablet includes taurine (400mg) to assist in effective absorption and utilisation.

Function

Magnesium is used in over 300 different enzyme systems. Magnesium is required for energy production, bone and cell membrane structure, synthesis of glutathione (an important antioxidant), musculoskeletal health and for the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system. Taurine has a function in membrane stabilisation and it facilitates in the transport of key minerals.
