Mix air and target hot spots on a budget with a 40cm Wall Mounted Fan. 

Point it at reflectors, ballasts and chillers to combat hot spots and help keep your temperature, humidity and CO₂ level even.

Adding some air circulation to the grow area also helps to strengthen stems and branches by creating some gentle movement. Try not to blow air directly at plants, as harsh air streams can cause wind burn, causing leaves to go crispy and brown at the edges.

It comes with a pull-chord to switch it on and off and three speed settings. You can also use it with a timer to set on/off times if needs be.

How to Install the Vortex Wall Fan

Fitting the Vortex Wall Fan is a quick and easy job, but it will require some additional tools. You'll need to drill a couple of holes into the wall, push in some raw plugs and screw in two screws. The metal hanging plate has two keyhole slots that can then be placed over the screws to mount the fan. This back plate is removeable and can be used to create guide marks to make sure that your screws are lined up correctly (see image above).
