MAIN INDICATIONS 

MD-POLY is a medical device designed to improve mobility and reduce associated joint pain, counteracting physiological or pathological joint deterioration. 

Scientific evidence shows the efficacy and safety of MD-POLY in cases of joint pain: 
– due to prolonged bed rest 
– due to aging 
– due to bad posture 
– due to concomitant chronic diseases 
– due to traumas and injuries. 

Treatment can be combined with other therapies. 

THERAPEUTIC PROTOCOL: 
1-2 infiltrations per week for 3-5 weeks. Results are evident from the third week but, depending on the patient's clinical situation, it is possible to continue treatment up to the tenth week without risk. 

COMPOSITION 
Collagen of porcine origin, Drosera, NaCI, Water for injection.
 
PACKAGE 
Box of 10 vials (single vial 2 ml – extraction volume). 

INJECTION ROUTES OF ADMINISTRATION 
Periarticular and intraarticular. 

SUGGESTED NEEDLES 
• Periarticular: 26G x 13 mm needle. 
• Intraarticular 22G x 32 mm needle. 
Note: Disinfect the skin thoroughly with iodopovidone or chlorhexidine. 

INJECTION TECHNIQUES OF ADMINISTRATION 
• Periarticular administration: insert the needle near the joint to a depth of 4-13 mm. 
• Intraarticular administration: insert the needle near the joint to a depth of 19-32 mm.
